In the wake of the Magical Girls’ war with Evil Ark and the assault of Omnicide, the heroines who fight for this world had become known to nearly everyone in it.
Most of the public praised them, but there were organizations that found them a nuisance.

It was then that the heroines’ enemies pooled their money to found an anti-heroine mercenary unit: “Counter Force.”
Its backers included the secret evil organization Shalldark, and Glode, a corporation overrun by demons.
